Dr. Pooja Sarangam has worked in various hospitals in Perth and Canberra before moving to Sydney, where she has worked in Westmead and Blacktown hospitals. Dr. Sarangam has been working as a GP in the Illawarra since 2022. She has an interest in all aspects of General Practice and believes in a holistic approach to patient care. In her free time Dr. Sarangam enjoys a good book, playing with her dog Bobo and spending time with family and friends.
Dr Hanchate completed her Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in 1994 and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. She has over 20 years experience working in general practice. She enjoys all aspects of general practice, and is particularly passionate about women’s health, weight management, paediatrics, preventative care and working with her patients to achieve and maintain good health.
When she is not at work, Anju can be found enjoying quality time with her family, bush hiking, traveling and walking her beloved dog Duke.
